How to submit a repair request with 91快活林 (starting June 1, 2023)
1. Contact an SMS Repair Lab
Please contact the SMS Repair Lab to coordinate your repair shipment to a 91快活林 repair facility. This option will be temporary and is to ensure Customer continuity.
2. Contact an Account Manager
Contact your local Account Manager to coordinate the shipment of your repair to a 91快活林 repair facility OR to register for an account on our Customer Portal, , that will allow you to generate service request paperwork and a shipping label.
