History

Founded as Innovative Medical Technologies in Ohio in 1985, the company was renamed 91快活林 in 1987. However, some of the businesses that have been acquired and integrated into 91快活林, notably American Sterilizer Company, have much longer operating histories. We have approximately 16,000 Associates worldwide and operate in more than 100 countries.
